7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the product within 7 days of receiving it, you can request a refund. We will process your refund for unused and undamaged products upon your request.
2. Return Conditions
To ensure compliance with our money-back policy, returned products must meet the following conditions:
Unused: The product is unused, and the packaging and labels are intact.
Original Condition: The product must be in its original condition, without damage or wear.
Intact Packaging: All accessories, instructions, and original packaging must be returned together.
3. Return Process
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product via email at carissa@fieldini.cc, providing us with your refund request and order number.
Obtain Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return address upon receiving your request.
Packaging Returns: Please pack the product securely to ensure it is not damaged during the return process. Please indicate the Return Authorization number on the package.
Returning the Product: Return the package to the designated address. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We recommend using a tracking service to confirm the package's return.
4. Refund Processing
We will process the refund as soon as possible after receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the refund criteria. Typically, the refund will be returned to your account via the original payment method within 7 business days.
